I am currently completing supervised sport and exercise psychology practice through the British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences SEPAR accreditation route. This means that I am working through a recognised training route to become fully accredited as a sport and exercise psychologist. In 2016, I completed my PhD Research in Sport and Exercise Psychology at the University of Limerick, Ireland. My thesis was titled Attentional Focus during Endurance Activity. You can click on the image to access my thesis at the University of Limerick Institutional Repository.
